Advanced Real Estate Principles

The 30-hour Unit 2 Advanced Principles course will need to be completed before you affiliate with a brokerage and acquire your real estate license from the State of South Carolina. This course is primarily a participatory course that gives students hands-on practice. It delves deeper into principles and topics that were learned in the Unit 1 Pre-Licensing course, placing an emphasis on critical thinking skills when given scenarios that the student potentially could encounter during the practice of real estate sales.
