Cathy has been a a licensed SC Broker for 15 years. She received her Instructors license in the beginning of 2020. She was born in SC and happily calls the Upstate home. Cathy enjoys the interaction between the students and being able to give them the foundation they need to begin their career as a SC Licensed real estate agent. Cathy presently teaches Pre-Licensing, Advanced Principles, Broker courses, and many other continuing education classes. Cathy presently teaches in Spartanburg and Greenville.

Sandy grew up in the Greer area of Spartanburg/Greenville County and currently lives in Spartanburg, South Carolina.  She holds a Bachelor's degree in education from the University of South Carolina and taught early childhood education.  She has been active in all aspects of the local real estate market for the past 24 years and has vast experience and also holds a Real Estate Brokers license. She has also served on the HOA association in Twin Lakes in several different capacities over the past 20 years.

Sandy has a passion for teaching and is also a South Carolina Certified Real Estate Instructor and has trained and mentored many of our local agents over the years.  Sandy has also trained Real Estate instructors. Sandy has been teaching Pre-Licensing and Advanced Principles for the past 6 years.

With all this experience she has many stories and examples and a lively and unique teaching style that makes the real estate materials come alive in the class room.  Sandy’s unique teaching style gives her students many different acronyms and learning techniques to help make learning the Real Estate material easier.

My career in real estate started in 2005, so I have seen all sides of the real estate market. In 2022, the opportunity to share my knowledge presented itself. I love sharing my knowledge and experience with others andI love seeing new agents succeed.

In between selling and teaching real estate, I love to be outdoors. Living on a lake leads to boating which I love. I also enjoy hiking, traveling, and live music.
I volunteer in my church and community outreach.

Donna Williams comes with much experience. She has been a SC Broker since 1987. She is currently a Managing Broker at Keller Williams Realty. Donna has been teaching real estate for the past 6 years. She teaches Pre- Licensing, Advanced Principles and Broker Classes. Donna states she loves paying it forward with the knowledge and experience of real estate best practices she has learned in her 30 plus year career in Real Estate. Donna loves to travel, genealogy, flower gardening and giving back to the community by serving on the Spartanburg County Planning Commission.

Sarah is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in Customer Service, bringing a wealth of expertise to the real estate industry. Her unwavering goal
is to deliver exceptional results while providing an enjoyable experience for her clients. Sarah is dedicated to building lasting friendships and relationships through her
outstanding services.

With a patient and diligent approach, Sarah is committed to showing her clients as many homes as it takes to find the perfect fit. Her experience in working with varied
price ranges has honed her skills in accurate pricing, analytics, and negotiations, ensuring that her clients receive top-notch service.

Sarah's personal journey includes relocating with her family from Florida to Spartanburg in 2014. They have come to love the thriving city of Spartanburg. Sarah's passion for advocating and providing resources for the Special Needs community, including her autistic daughter, has fueled her desire to build a network of support in Spartanburg and beyond. She seeks to collaborate with individuals and organizations that are willing to educate, train, employ, or contribute in any way to support all members of the unique community and their families.
